Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kua9 ("kua9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kua9 website located at kua9.app and all associated services, games, features, and content provided through the platform. These Terms apply to all pages of kua9.app, including the gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal, bonus, and account management sections.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any part of the kua9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the kua9 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. kua9 reserves the right to request identity documentation (KYC) to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Age verification may be required before withdrawals are processed, even if not requested at registration.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full kua9 platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to the following account obligations:

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number as your account identifier. This number will be used for authentication, payment processing, and important account communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. kua9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
• You must notify kua9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting us at the email address published on the platform.
• kua9 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account found to contain false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, or to have been opened in breach of these Terms.

kua9 accounts are for personal use only. You must not transfer, sell, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Accounts found to be shared or transferred will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on kua9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kua9 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. kua9 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on a per-account basis as a responsible gaming measure.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your kua9 balance immediately upon confirmation of payment. kua9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, kua9 may require completion of KYC identity verification. Documents may include national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification acceptable in Bangladesh.
• kua9 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Deposited funds are used solely for gaming activity on the kua9 platform. kua9 does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (inactive for 12 or more consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as specified in the dormant account policy; the remaining balance will be returned to the player upon account reactivation subject to identity verification.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kua9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• kua9 reserves the right to cancel or alter any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the applicable wagering requirement prior to any such cancellation will not be affected.
• Bonuses credited to your account expire if not wagered within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance.
• kua9 reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings, or promotional credits if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with fair play or the spirit of the promotion.

Game Rules, Fairness, and Technical Issues

All games available on kua9 are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. kua9 provides access to games from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and NetEnt, and the rules of those games are determined by the relevant provider. The following general provisions apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. kua9 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, the bet for that round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account balance. kua9 will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly.
• Bets placed after the result of a game event is known, or bets placed as a result of a software error, will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kua9. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Opening or using more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using kua9 for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during the KYC or verification process.

kua9 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity suspected to involve criminal conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh. kua9 reserves the right to withhold account funds pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on kua9.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of kua9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or exploit any portion of the kua9 platform without the express written permission of kua9.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kua9 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kua9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
